I did 40 Minutes of AL4 on Sunday, and 30 Minutes of AL2 on Monday morning. Tuesday was not a good morning. So far today does not look good either. I should be able to kick it in for the rest of it though. Welcome to all the newbies. You will find help and motivation from this group. Cola always has some ideas for motivation, I am sure you could search through the archives for some of her suggestions. Just reading some of the updates from the challenges also helps. And updates from others on how there workouts were. Brag day is also a good one. (friday's) I am trying to finish a CHALLENGE this time! Beckie who has completed 2 in the summer 100.
