How many challenges have you done and completed and how much have you

lost.? Do you suffer from nerve damage at all. I mean My situation is

different than most here. I lost 100%, got to 7% body fat. Then

became seriously ill. I am trying to get it back. However, I feel

some talk down to me and others.

Andy had a very good point though. In the furture I will explain

myself better.

No response needed to this. Thanks Jas

You said no response needed but as you asked the questions, I will

respond.

I have completed 1 challenge, although I dont consider it 1

challenge as I consider this a lifestyle and not a challenge or

contest... I started BFL about 14 weeks ago or so... On the scale I

have gone from 180 to 154, have toned up, added a noticible amount

of muscle. No I dont suffer from nerve damage, but I do have a an

injury to my right foot which has caused me to be temporarily

disabled. I have to be extremely careful how I work out and cannot

over stress my right foot. I received my injury in June and was

unable to walk from June to the end of August.

In addition, I work any where between 50-60 hours a week, with a 3

hour driving commute each day, so I am out of the home plenty.

Additionally, I am a full time college student going to college at

night and am about to graduate with my bachelors in pre-law. I

recently sat for and passed with flying colors my LSAT.

Besides any of this, I go to the gym 6 days a week without fail. I

have not missed one single workout since I began BFL approximately

14 weeks ago. I take one free day a week and otherwise I eat along

BFL guidelines. I don't smoke, I don't do any kind of drugs, I don't

drink coffee or soda, etc. Also, I don't use my children as excuses

to eat junk food or sweets. I also don't use the fact that I am

eating at a restaurant or at some one elses house or with people who

are non BFL as a reason to stray from the BFL eating plan.

Just out of curiousity, how does having nerve damage effect what you

eat? I mean... wasn't your original problem the fact that you live

with non BFL people and you have problems with your food? Your not

using nerve damage as an excuse to eat garbage are you?
