Guest guest
Here's the newest recipe that I've tried. I didn't capture the nutrition info, but it's a good dish! Andy Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat spaghetti 1 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic 2 (14.5 – ounce) cans chopped tomatoes, undrained 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning 1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese, divided 1 pound chopped cooked chicken Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and fat. Drain. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in ½ cup cheese, cooked spaghetti, and chicken. Spoon into a 3-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Yields, 4 servings.
