Ref all the discussion reference weapons of any types....

All officers respond to any scene with the worst scenario in mind. All

officers are trained to watch the hands, and think that somewhere in the back

of their mind that there might be a weapon involved. Remember, at every scene

an officer goes to, there is always a weapon.....his/hers.

Officers also know that when they are told by dispatch that there is a

reported weapon (of any type) involved, it just sharpens and reminds them

what they've been trained to remember....

just a few thoughts on this subject...
