Looks good.  Pretty picture.  Good info.  And bear looks right side up to me.You are probably still working, but I couldn't find a click able link to the new patient or e-visit forms.

 I will tell you how to  work with it after I start it for youYes, I got the imp logo on, the bear is righted, the cameria is charged so I can take a photo of the   office entry, I am indeed still working on how I get documents in  there but am otherwise pleased.

 Hi , We used google apps and google sites with a domain name that was purchased through google apps for business. Domain name : $10 /year  Web Site : Free - you have to build and maintain yourself.

 Google Apps: included for 50 users with our domain name. Includes gmail-like                     email service / calenders/ contact us form widgets etc.. Regards,
