Guest guest Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 To fellow listers, I am slowly losing weight, dropping from 228 to about 222 in three weeks depending on the scale time and BF reducing again depending on the time of day. I was wondering if sticking to just cardio essentially every other day is enough and if I should add some more cardio? We do no great things, only small things with great love.
