Guest guest Posted February 20, 2006 Report Share Posted February 20, 2006 I am new to this group but not to BFL. I have been ill for over a month and begin to lift again today. I will begin cleaning up my nutrition tommorow utilizing the BFL principles while eating 5-6 meals. Next week I will do a circuit routine for my lifting for at least 4 weeks.
