I am new to this group but not to BFL. I have been ill for over a

month and begin to lift again today. I will begin cleaning up my

nutrition tommorow utilizing the BFL principles while eating 5-6 meals.

Next week I will do a circuit routine for my lifting for at least 4

weeks. Once I complete this step I will switch up my lifting. Cardio

will be HIIT.

Hopefully I will be 100% by next Monday.
