Advice needed: Molluscum Contagiosum

One of my son's best friends has Molluscum Contagiosum, and I'm worried my son

will get it.

Are ASD children particularly suceptible? What precautions should I take when

they are

together? We haven't seen this family in 1 year, and they are in town for a

visit. We planned to

take them swimming or splash around in a blow-up pool in the backyard. I'm not

so sure

about the blow-up pool now, but would a chlorinated pool prevent the spread of

this

infection?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
