Communications Supervisor Owens passed away suddenly Thursday, October 19th. Her untimely death has saddened not only her family and co-workers, but dispatchers here in the Southern California area as well. If you wish to send a card to the Communications Center, please find the address below. All I know at this time is that she is survived by her husband and parents. Huntington Beach Police Dept.
