Guest guest Posted August 18, 2006 Report Share Posted August 18, 2006 Well, today was the hated leg day.........*sigh*.........but I get up and do it anyway. LOL I can tell I am making progress, so that's a good thing! Trying to keep my eating on track, it's not going too bad. Made up 6 pounds of lean hamburger yesterday afternoon, hope today I can make a bunch of brown/wild rice mix to go along with it. Cooke up a box of WW Rotini a couple days ago, but that is almost gone. Need to pick up a couple of turkey breasts, I fixed the last one 2 days ago and there is only 2 oz. left. Not even enough for me for a meal. I have a bag of frozen unsweetened red raspberries in the freezer, I think I will take those out as I am having a real craving for fruit. I have some unsweetened applesauce in the morning before I go and do my workouts. Last week I had some fresh unsugared tart cherries. Ummmm..........those were really good. Better than chocolate!!!!! The scale has gone down a couple of pounds, but I don't worry much about it yet. I just give it my best shot at being reasonable about everything, and things will work out in the end. Z.
