Guest guest Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 I'm in the midst of my third week and everything is going according to plan so far. One of the only areas I've felt room for serious improvement is the abs. Though the ab workout I did today sure took me to failure. I did a combo of weighted trunk rotations & leg lifts, then did one of those ab wheels for the high point. Sure knocked me out good. As far as diet, it's all about commitment. Since making the choice to adapt my diet, i haven't cheated once. We do use our free day still, but I've been completely clean during the week. So smooth sailing overall. I'm really looking forward to my one month mark. I decided not to take any measurements or anything until then. Especially since my goal is to lose 19 lb fat & gain 19 lb muscle, there's no real sense in using a scale. It's all about body composition, and if the measurements are changing accordingly, then everything is solid. Hope everyone else is doing grand!
