Dear Luanne,

Thank you for sharing the story of Ty's experience with Enbrel and Remicade.

Did your doctor give you some idea of why one drug might work but another

might not? IE., are the two drugs (while both attacking TNF-Alpha) used for

slightly purposes or types of patients? I am asking because it is difficult

for a non-doctor like me to discern the differences between these two drugs.

The enbrel was orginally given 2 years ago mainly for his RA....The reason

that he has been switched to Remicade is that his Crohns has gotten worse and

the Remicade is a med specifically for both....
