First, Hello =) Im am new to this group. To give you some

background...I am 28 years old, a mom of 2 and quite honestly 25 lbs

over weight from laziness. I sit down all day at work and in the

past got very little activity.

I just purchased Tae-Bo live and enjoy it very much! I am also doing

curcuit training at the gym on M,W, and F.

Question : Where should I put Tae-Bo into my fitness schedule? Is 2

times per week too much in addition to the gym?

Thanks in advance for the reply. I look forward to becoming an

active member of this board. GL to everyone on your personal goals.

Amy

Hi Amy! Your plan sounds great! Make sure you have a rest day in your

Hi , thanks for the reply. The curcuit I am doing in combination.

I do 12 reps of each machine. There are 10 machines and I go from

one to the next so I am getting a cardio workout too. I just

started last monday and I am sooo happy because I have already seen

results! I feel stonger, better, and more energetic! I lost 4lbs

the first week and my fitness level has gone from " poor " to " below

avg " . Yippy! There is a treadmill that measures your fitness lvl

is how I know =).

The exercise I enjoy most tho is the Tae-Bo. I guess because it is

so different from the other taped workouts. It is really fun and

challenging.

Good luck and well wishes! Amy

hi amy!

ok... what you want to do with your workout schedule sounds great then...

do the circuits at the gym on M, W, F and do taebo at home on Tues and Thurs

and perhaps on Sat too if you are into that. then take sunday off.
