Guest guest
First, Hello =) Im am new to this group. To give you some background...I am 28 years old, a mom of 2 and quite honestly 25 lbs over weight from laziness. I sit down all day at work and in the past got very little activity. I just purchased Tae-Bo live and enjoy it very much! I am also doing curcuit training at the gym on M,W, and F. Question : Where should I put Tae-Bo into my fitness schedule? Is 2 times per week too much in addition to the gym? Thanks in advance for the reply. I look forward to becoming an active member of this board. GL to everyone on your personal goals. Guest guest
Hi , thanks for the reply. The curcuit I am doing in combination. I do 12 reps of each machine. There are 10 machines and I go from one to the next so I am getting a cardio workout too. I just started last monday and I am sooo happy because I have already seen results! I feel stonger, better, and more energetic! I lost 4lbs the first week and my fitness level has gone from " poor " to " below avg " . Yippy! There is a treadmill that measures your fitness lvl is how I know =). The exercise I enjoy most tho is the Tae-Bo. I guess because it is so different from the other taped workouts. It is really fun and challenging. Good luck and well wishes! Amy > > I just purchased Tae-Bo live and enjoy it very much!
