I know Jicarilla Apache, which has a bunch of non english sounds, like tl, and glottal stops which is what you do when you say uh uh. The thing you sounded out does not resemble any Jicarilla sounds. here is the best I can do to write a sentence in english, it means Is it difficult for you?
