It's okay with me! I think we have several long-time members in your

position. I'm looking forward to hearing about your results.

Is this the right place?

Greetings!

It has been many, many cyber-moons since my involvement with this

list, dating back to 10/01 - sometime roughly 2004. I left the BFL

program and became involved exclusively in running, completing 1

marathon, 3 half marathons, and several other challenging and fun races.

Last December my stepfather died. I responded with the development of

an overzealous relationship with Woodhouse brand chocolates. I gained

a solid 6 pounds and it has remained with me since.

Although I loved the BFL program in the past, I am one who loves

learning new things; that is part of what keeps me motivated and

interested in any program. I am currently looking at beginning a

program designed by Bob Greene from his book, " Total Body Makeover " .

He is the coach who is most well known for his work with Oprah.

So here is the question:

Although this is a discussion list oriented towards the Bill

Body For Life program, may I participate here as I work the TBM

program? I understand it will be necessary that I mark my subject

line with the alert " not for newbies " or " OT " so as not to confuse

those who are newly working BFL.

Waiting for your response...

Of course this is the right place. I personally will look forward to what

you've got going on with TBM. And welcome back by the way!
