This was my menu:

7am Myoplex

9:30am cottage cheese + apple

12pm turkey, wheat pasta, yam (I KNOW!!! 2 carbs...no veg ..me bad!)

2:30pm Myoplex

5pm 6 egg whites with spinach/onions in a wheat shell...with salsa

8pm 2 scoops of protein +apple

OK...rip me apart.....

I assume that the cottage cheese is at least 1 cup?

The turkey is fine as long as it isn't the deli version which tends

to be low protein. Make sure you are getting enough.

Add some veggies to some of your meals!
