I'm sorry your claim was denied. If this was your

initial claim, most people are denied. I'm glad you

have a lawyer now, to help you.

Have you been to the Public Assistance office for help

with Food Stamps, your power bill, medications, etc? I

know it's hard to go, but sometimes, we just do what

we must.

There are usually, more benefits for someone with a

child. Every state's benefits are different, but

perhaps you will qualify for Medicaid help.

Is your son old enough to get a part time job? If so,

he can help out too.

Once again, I'm sorry you're being ignored by the

Social Security system. It's all about documentation,

and which type of illness is causing your disability.

Keep appealing your claim.
