Guest guest
, Hopefully, you are drinmking enough water. SOmetimes when I am slightly dehydrated, I get dizzy. I am not sure where you live but if it is a warmer climate like here in South FLorida I try to ensure I drink a little extra water since I like to be outsdie and know that I tend to dehydrate easily. Just a little something to think about. I am glad that you are okay, getting dizzy and falling is not something to mess with...you can hurt yourself that way. If it happens again, I would DEFINITELY look into going to the doctor. ~~Jo rockinkindaguy wrote: Hello peeps and lurkers!! I had a minor malfunction last night. I referee soccer and after the game I headed to my truck. When I got there I started taking off my shoes and BAM...I got dizzy and fell into my truck. I slowly got up and drove off to Mcs. I was still dazed. I odered a grilled chicken BLT and even though it came with fries I only ate half (man I was dizzy...I love fries). Anyway about a half hour later I started to feel better. The point of this is I NEVER had a MAJOR drop like this in awhile....scared me a bit. I was back in the gym this morning doing HITT trying to figure out where I screwed up! --------------------------------- Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo! Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls.
