Guest guest
" local condition " might be an option. Best wishes, Debbie Status localis Any suggestions on how to handle this term in English? Local status? Leave as is? This appears in a Russian case history as Status localis (Latin) in a list of the findings of the physical examination. The only context is that the status localis has not changed. There are many hits in Google but they appear to be primarily non-English sites. TIA, Olga

It seems that " status localis " is especially used in branches ad dermatology, stomatology, otolaryngology. I paste here below a couple of links. There is a possibility that you should use " status localis " . I'm not a native speaker, though.
