I had seen 2 Dr's, but they are in the same practice, and one seemed to work 'Under " the other. I think I will go to Mass General and seek a 2nd opinion, I just looked on their website and it seems a Dr may be a good person to call. Has anyone seen this Dr? I really likes the surgeon I saw but not his office. The staff did not return calls, schedule apts they sad they would and some of them are just plain rude. The wait last tiem was four hours long and all the aptients were upset. (Bear in mind some were post op and very uncomfortable I am sure) Also, the receptionist is rude to some people nad was in an argument with a patient on one visit. I know it is the surgeon that is the main importance, but I think I would also like an office staff that was nice if I can find it. Any other ideas on Boston Dr's?
