Guest guest
Hello everyone I read this in Dear Abby this morning, and thought it would be useful to the group. Many of us have had a family member, or loved one commit suicide. I have not participated with this group personally, but Dear Abby researches carefully researches her advice. The site lists support groups in Canada, and the US. If folks who live in other countries know of similar groups where they live, please share them with us. Kaylene Moderator A source of support that might be helpful would be the American Association of Suicidology, which has hundreds of associated groups. It can provide you with referrals to local self-help groups for survivors. Newsletters, pamphlets, etc., are also available for a fee. The organization's address is 5221 Wisconsin Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20015, and the Web site is www.suicidology.org. __________________________________________________
