Guest guest Posted June 1, 2006 Report Share Posted June 1, 2006 Yesterday I wasn't feeling well, dealing with a runny nose, aches, low energy, so I skipped my workout and, since it was my wife's birthday, picked up some " stuff " for her. When I got home we had a full house (son #1 home for a visit) and not enough steaks to grill so we ordered pizza. That turned into a major downfall on my part. I ate 5 pieces of a large pepperoni! The scale bumped up 1 lb this morning which is 3.2 lb over the past 6 days. Today I'll be back on track. I won't be working out since my lawn desperately needs mowing. That takes my about 2 hours of pushing and it burns about 700 calories. I can barely do it after an LBW, so I'll skip it. I'm hoping my aches fade pretty soon. The congestion is still present.
