Guest guest
We are going to experience a change in FIs in West Virginia this year as Nationwide has given notice of termination of it's Medicare contract. The new FI will be United Government Services. My question regards rehab documentation requirements. To this point we have utilized a daily treatment grid noting treatment activities and time, and a weekly progress note. We are being told that a daily progress note will be required for both part A & B. Are any of you familiar with United Government Services? If so, any guidance would be appreciated.
