You say you want to make friends, I think you are in the right place for that. I thought you had alot of friends here. I know I like you and think of you at times and wonder how you are. I like to see your e-mails with your name behind it. Then I know your O.K. Write to me any time, I like to chat with you. I live in Arkansas. I live just outside Little Rock. We are not to far apart.I come to Missouri once in awhile.I like the things to do up there. Of course I like the lakes we have here. Guest guest Posted August 29, 2000 Report Share Posted August 29, 2000 I tell you what, these DRS. I can't stand a DR told be so bad and then they act as if we did something wrong. It's like when a women gets raped and the judge and all act like she asked for it or it's just all her fault. I use to go to a chiropractor and he always closed the door with no one but me and him in there, but he never made any sort of wrong moves. I guess you might need to try and get your husband or at least a friend to go with you, especially the first time. I use to not go to my pain control DR by myself because he would tell me 1 thing and write wk comp something different. When I called him on it, he always said I did not say that. She is crazy, so I always took someone, anyone with me. He did not like it but I don't think he could say no. What ever you do--------do-not feel any guilt at all. I would have let my husband go talk to that guy. If he would hold his temper and hands back. That is a sorry discussions-O-B-and a few other things of what he calls a man. I call scrum of the earth. As you can tell, that makes me so mad, you already have enough pain to deal with without his lousy problems too. He is a son of a boss if I have ever heard of one. Anita, I hope your pain is lowering some what. No you don't need to pretend that all is O.K. when it is not or your in pain. I'm glad you talked to me, it made me feel more of a friend to you. We're here to listen to you when you need to talk. What have you been doing differently that's made your pain worse? Have you been to your Dr. recently? Maybe he can change your meds around. Guest guest Posted August 29, 2000 Report Share Posted August 29, 2000 JO, thank you for your email...everyone is so special here ....how are you feeling? well no i havent been to a dr lately,, my dr just keeps refilling my medication....i can not find a dr that will treat me.. everything is getting worsei hurt all the time now never easses up.... and when i lay down there is one spot right on my left side about whrere my kidney is and it kills me... in fact this is so embarrassing to say but i can not control my bladder... the other night when i was asleep could not control my self but i did not feel like i had to go to the bathroom all i felt was pain...i dont know what to do... please pray .. and i will be praying for you.. If you don't have one then go to ASAP's site and ask them for a doctor. They keep a list of compassionate doctors throughout the country. I cannot be my usual self these days, I'm so upset about this Dr. thing that I can't find the right words. You need to find a new Dr. sooner than November. If you're having other troubles, like pain in your kidneys and bladder, and having incontinence, you need to see a urologist. You could have something major going on. Please tell me you'll find one. To everyone else, again, you'll need to excuse my lack of positive words to you all. Thank you, though, for sending me your info, I'll put it to good use. I'm stuck without info until Saturday when I meet with the Policeman who is investigating this matter. I'll keep you posted. This Dr., for whatever reason, is trying to ruin me, and I will find out why. If it's to keep himself out of trouble, he will be sorry. I will call Barry Scheck (who I've actually met with in connection with another matter, and he needs me as a witness) who will find an attorney who will bring this Dr. to his knees, if he won't do it himself! This whole thing has caused a major flare up, and as you know, I'm trying to deal with very limited meds by choice. It is not easy, and I'm having a tough time of it. Keep the prayers coming! I had to go see their doctor, well the problem was with my arm and shoulder. He had me take all my clothes off and proceeded to spend the whole time doing " a vaginal exam and a very long breast examine. Like you there was no one else around. The doctor was old and icky looking and I threw up as soon as I went out the door. I was so upset I never even persued the disability case. I would not go to any doctor for a long time. They should be thrown in jail, but because they are doctors they can do everything but rape you, he was trying with his fingers, and they can just go free. I am so sorry you had to go thru this, I know the feeling. You do not realize at first since you are in shock exactly what happened. I went out to the car and cried and cried. I was afraid to say anything as it might jeopardize my case, I did not know at that time that most people got rejected at that point. When I rejected I just said it is not worth I am going back to work, which I tried to do but it was awful and did not last long, but I would not consider disability again for years. These DRS act like they are scared to touch me after they find that I have RSD. Don't let it stop you, they are the stupid ones.
