Guest guest
Thanks for the EFL update Andy. My book came in this weekend. I will have to wait until Friday or Saturday to try something from it. I look forward. Kelley
Guest guest
I forgot a few important things in today's menu. I had a banana post workout today, M2 also had green beans, and M4 had a garden salad. Veggies are important! Guest guest
I make them the morning that I eat them. I'm not sure about making them the night before. If you do, I wouldn't add the cheese and salsa until you reheat. The bananas foster wasn't too unusual for me since I have a friend that makes a warm dessert that is bananas and coconut milk. The chicken enchiladas are one of my favorites! Andy > Andy: > > I have rec'd my Eating For Life book and want to make those eggcellent enchilidas...do you have to make them the morning that you're going to eat them or can you make them the night before without them tasting disgusting? I'm afraid if I make them the night before, the eggs and everthing are going to be soggy after I re- heat. > > I did make the Bananas , let's see how I do I describe it? Interesting, would be the best way. It wasn't bad, just very different...heated cottage cheese is a strange one for me. I also made the meatloaf, which was great. I plan on making the chicken enchilidas this week too. OK, well have a great day! > > Anne
Guest guest
I have Stella's Kitchen book too. Does she still post here? Many of her recipes were also great! I loved the Chili!
