Guest guest
I know alot of you, especially those who have been at this awhile, probably do your training different than BFL. For me, I followed the book to the letter the first challenge I did a few years back. But with so many injuries over the years, I pretty much just keep up with the diet part of the program now. This is what my workout routine looks like: Sun: Chest/cardio Mon: Shoulders/abs/cardio Tues: Legs Wed: off Thurs: Back/cardio Friday: bis/tris/abs/cardio Sat: off I like doing the one body part per day since it enables me to really hit that area hard. I will do 2-3 different exercises/ 2-3 sets/6-10 reps. This takes about 20-30 minutes. Then I will do 20-30 minutes cardio, sometimes HIIT, but not always....I like variety. This has worked best for me, especially as I have gotten older.
