Business card saying to hand out?

Someone posted a while back about perhaps handing out a card with a saying on it

when you are out in pubic about this condition....

Does anyone have something they might share?

I ask because my almost 14 year old is getting worse and worse. We are going

away next week and I am sick over it. She will confront people etc.... and I

hate being so rude. I thought perhaps the cards might help. Her counselor at

school also thought it might be something useful for my daughter as well.

If you have anything or ideas I would be appreciative!
