Guest guest Posted May 8, 2003 Report Share Posted May 8, 2003 i just finished doing AL5 and it was tough! a fast-paced cardio warmup for 15 minutes, floorwork for about 40 mins give or take -- lots of butt and inner thigh work followed by some abs -- then back up for a bit more cardio followed by balancing moves. some of the floorwork exercises are duplicated in 'abs & glutes' although there are some different moves here in AL5 (just as there are in abs & glutes). you may remember me joking that billy needs to do a 'focus: inner thigh' and here it is! i had to do lots of stretching after doing this workout. really enjoyed it. good tunes in this one which i think may have suited a cardio workout better, but were still great to workout to on the floor. AL5 is in my rotation for each wednesdays gut & butt challenge (i know that it is thursday but i had to take yesterday off due to burning up with the firm on tuesday). thankyou amanda for trading this tape to me!! this makes workout #85 in my mighty 100. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
