Repetition seems to increase the intolerance of the trigger, at least for me, so I don't know how that would work. The problem is, when you hear the sound in " real life " you're not always expecting it, or you're on edge waiting for it to happen. Using this therapy with 4S triggers might have to be more random, like reading " s " words inserted at various intervals between other words. Either it would help, or you would go bonkers. If anyone has had success with this type of therapy, it would be interesting to hear (no pun intended).
