Guest guest
Ok, first, let me apologize if this has been posted before. I've been away for a while and have to get back into the groove of things. :-) But ran across this article about the benefits of dark chocolate and bringing down blood pressure within the liver thus reducing portal hypertension. Has anyone else seen this info? I will try to find more substantiating facts. It is interesting though. But please take this at face value. Time and more studies will know for sure the true impact it has on liver health. But in the meantime. A piece of dark chocolate once a day probably won't hurt. I'm not talking a huge dark chocolate bar! loL! but maybe an ounce or two. :-) http://tinyurl.com/28ogt8h http://www.biotech-weblog.com/50226711/potential_benefit_of_dark_chocolate_for_l\ iver_disease_patients.php http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/185711.php?nfid=28706 For all my friends that are still here, I'm sorry I've been away so long! .....life MaC
