Guest guest
Hi Terry, I don't know if there is any link to GI problems thru Neurontin. I'm suppose to take Neurontin 300 mg 3 times a day. But I already had stomach problems I have worsening problems, but it can't really be proven that is Neurontin, besides I don't take this unless I'm in extreme pain. Anyway you can look at this web site, it's good for researching meds, health conditions, etc. http://www.webmd.com/ . There are others too, but this is a start; I think. Take care, I hope u feel better. or BTW: when I get my prescription filled, thru rite aid they give me a pamphlet about Neurontin; how to take it, possible side effects. According to the side effects warnings Neurontin can cause stomach/gi problems (then so can many other medicines-Catch 22). Take care, LaDonna. Guest guest
I ended up with an erosive esophagus and horrible GERD after about 5 years on neurontin. No one wants to admit the connection but I believe it exists. I told my RSD doctor I was going to slowly go off of neurontin and, yes my GERD is better but the RSD is spiraling out of control. Good Luck
