Hi Guys,

I am on my way to the pain clinic and wanted to share a few ideas with you.

I just got off the phone with Barry from N.E.C. C. for those of you who lost

the number it is .

FYI

If you are sensitive you can get a spray that numbs the area, then apply the

creams.

OR

there is a cream that you rub on your wrists in place of a pill.
