Guest guest
Great job Crystal. Those are really good results! You must have worked really hard. This is for life and you'll never want to go back! Andy > Well, I just finished my 1st ever 12 wk challenge. > Gone forever are: > 20lbs > 6 3/4 in off stomach > 3 in off hips > 3 1/2 in off waist > 1 1/2 in off thighs > 7% body fat > I will start another 12 wks tomorrow. I have several more lbs to go, but now that I know this works, I have no desire to return to my old eating habits. I truly enjoy my free day, but after splurging today on Olive Garden and Dairy Queen, Im actually looking forward to yogurt and chicken breast. Guest guest
Good job on reducing the real age. I had not heard of that before so checked it out. I just tried the calculator at http://www.realage.com/ and came up with 37.4 to 27.3. That was a very lengthy survey. Andy > Thank you! I have worked hard, but it was all good...not the " get burnt out and no results hard! " I also just calculated my " real age " and the only things that changed were only what this challenge changed...diet, exercising, and weight....my " age " changed from 40.5 to 34.5...Im 36, so that is another positive change! Guest guest
I wonder if the seatbelt and flossing thing really counted against your age or if they were just asking for statistical purposes. Andy > My husband thought the whole survey was a lot of bull...I understand the point of the seatbelt and flossing questions, but he doesnt feel like that determines you REAL age....
