I had surgery at Barrows Dec 98 by Dr Spetzler. My wait time was

short, I had out-of-state approval Dec 2, admitted Dec 6, surgery Dec 8,

transferred Dec 25th. They did angiograms on Dec 6 and 7th. I live in Grand

Junction Colorado.
