I'm editing an article about infantile diarrhea.

in response to my comment that i don't understand

what " third sector " has to do with diarrhea and

estimated weight loss, the client explains:

L’existence d’un troisième secteur est l’une des

raisons qui empeche une bonne estimation de la

perte de poids au cours des gea (acute

gastroenteritis) de l’enfant.

i still have no idea what this is in english. can

anyone help?

The third area or factor Jo Ann but you haven't given us enough

context so we can try and decide what what this factor might actually

be although it must be indicated in your text somewhere.
