Guest guest
Afternoon All, Hey Jen...how is the 'cardio' coming today? Today's meals have looked like... M1 Starbuck's Grande Mocha, pumkin scone, 1 Carrot Cake Muffin (EFL ~ for balance) M2 Skipped M3 Taco Pasta (EFL) M4 Chicken Grape Salad M5 Turkey and Swiss Crisps (EFL) M6 going out to dinner...so not sure I just entered my 11 week outcomes at BFL Tracker. Really, no significant changes in tape or scale measurements. I think my body is very in balance at 138-139 lbs. It will be interesting to watch what happens as I shift to an endurance training schedule instead of the 20MAS. I will continue weight training 3 days but will probably do a split routine like Sara does. And I will move abs to weight days. So, I really won't be doing the BFL program my next 'twelve weeks " . Um...spose I could still support all you who are? I probl'y shouldn't be discussing my non-BFL stuff cuz it confuses the newbies. Suggestions? Anyway, tomorrow marks week 12 and I plan to go out in flames. I WILL run 3 miles on Friday. (Thanks for the push Terri). My digital camera sucks...works half the time. So will try to get a friend to get my final pictures. We'll see if the 'eye' notices changes the scale and tape measure don't touch. Have a great Saturday!!! Guest guest
Top o' the afternoon to you too, my fine bonny lass! (holdover from St. Paddy's day and yes I actually AM part Irish) No cardio today for me... painting again and that's enough for today! I am going to the track tomorrow morning, so we will see how my running goes. My fitness center is closed on Sundays (it's a community center fitness spot so we have to deal with some off hours) so I decided to head over to the local school for some runnin' and hopefully the ole knees will do okay. I'll just have to do my running/walking with the wristwatch timer instead of the fancy controls on the treadmill. Pretty cool that you are onto week 12 already! Wow, it doesn't seem like it's been 12 weeks already. And yes you should definitely keep us up to date with your progress for the next 12 weeks here on the list, even if you aren't doing strictly BFL. I haven't done strictly BFL for years, but I've been moderating this group for all this time and still support all the BFL principles 100%. If you are posting about non-BFL fitness info, just post " non-BFL " in your subject line. No problemo chica! Have a super Free Day and enjoy that dinner out! I really would not want to go without my BFL group. It has been my main stay of support through out this 2 1/2 years. Most of my friends and family roll their eyes when I get started on some aspect of the program that I am tweaking or working with (except Anne of course!) Free Day was pretty good. I ended up enjoying a rasberry filled donut and some tortilla chips and a beer later. Then for dinner, I had apps at a b'day party and about half glass of wine. I danced my a$$ off so I got a little cardio in. Kelley
