Guest guest
They are in the Eating for Life book which I have started using for many of my meals. I feel that we need to use our best judgement. Berries are low in sugar and healthy. Any nutrition plan that would prohibit blueberries is too strict. The authorized foods list is not all inclusive in my opinion. We need to use some common sense. Eating blueberries are not going to make you fail at BFL. Guest guest
Thanks! Your good luck must have worked since I set a personal best time yesterday at 19:03. My best time for this year so far has been 19:54 and my last personal best was set in 2001 at 19:30 during the dog jog with my dog pulling me. I'm seeing less than 19 minutes in my future! Yesterday, I tried to stay with a guy that always beats me. I stayed with him until near the end and I usually lose him by the half way point. Yesterday afternoon the weather conditions were perfect for running at 51 degrees. I got up late today so eating plan is off schedule and I am getting ready to go do my leg workout. I've noticed the past several months that I don't get that sore after a race any more so I can do workouts the next day without a problem. Andy > Good luck in the 5K! > > R.
