Hi Tony,

I know of a site that has a recipe for homemade nutrition bars.

http://www.stellaskitchen.com/ProteinNutritionBar.html

I found out about this recently, and haven't tried it out yet.

If anyone has recipes, or know of other websites, please let us know!

This recipe I used for that meal is very simple.

1/3 c oatmeal

1 scoop Opt Nutrition Chocolate protein powder

I usually use either 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, or 1 tsp of nuts which I

realize aren't on the authorized foods list in the Body for Life book,

but feel this is much better than the ingredients in the bars

available for purchse. This tastes much better in my opinion.

Add just enough water to get to a stiff cookie dough consistency. I

will be sticky. You can try to eat at this point or refrigerate.

I've also put in the freezer for 15 minutes if I am in a hurry.

One more thing. I flatten the dough on wax paper into the shape of a

bar, wrap in the wax paper and put in refrigerator.
