Hot damn my LBWO was great this morning! I pushed it hard and lifted

130 pounds on my calf raises. Upped my hamstring weights too. Lost

my 10! on the transition to lunges (with 40 pounds!) but it was

still a good set. The ab workout is just friggin awesome. I am

sooo gonna have a flat tummy. I can't wait!!! Quads were great this

week but I think it is time to up my squat weight, lost my 10! on

that transition too! Gonna try 100 pounds next time. OOOO, my

second muscle group doing triple digit lifts! How exciting!!!!

Tried 6 pounds on the ankle weights today during my walk with the

ever so lovely JLo JR. The workout was alright, nothing huge but

noticible. Irritation factor VERY high. I hate the feeling of

somthing around my ankles. I am going to try and get used to it this

week, but if I don't I will nicks the idea. Gonna bump it to 8

pounds tomorrow, maybe the intensity benefit will outweigh the

irritation, LOL!

Eating is planned for the week and looking good. No issues there. I

seemed to have stopped drooling over french bread and chocolate this

week. This has helped greatly in the number of times I need to

change my shirt in the day. I find myself looking forward to an

extra tuna sandwich on my free day, maybe with some sun

chips....that sounds good! LOL! Oh, my.........now I know I am losin

it!

Have a great day all!

Work hard and play harder!
