Guest guest
hi tracy! welcome to the group! enjoy billys inspirational workout... i like that one! get ripped is a good set too.... im happy to say though ive put basic 1 away because i feel that i have progressed beyond it im trying to loan it to a friend for her to try (i think that it is a good beginner workout) but she is not taking me up on my offer :/ GR basic 2 i like because it has a bit of everything packed into it... GRA1 is one of the advanced workouts that i have been tackling lately and i like it quite a bit. GRA2 is a quite a challenge! so it is a good set that has nicely varied workouts in it -- something for everyone. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: > I just started up again, and ordered the > inspirational workout. Guest guest
Welcome !! I think you are going to be a great asset to our clan! Congrats on the weightloss and for loving Tae-Bo as much as you do! I look forward to reading your posts Darcy, a tae-bo vet of 3+ years..... What is your name? Lane How old are you? I am growing more ripe
with each day...but I'm 29 and HOLDING!...Really!

Where are you from? The HOT southern state of Texas...Houston based.

Tell us a bit about your family (spouse, kids, pets, etc.): I have been
married for 8 1/2 years now. I have 2 children one is 5 and the other is 3.
Pets...gosh~! We have 3 dogs, 1 cat, a beta fish, 2 pigs and a pasture full of
cows. Those are the welcomed pets. The others...are usually rodents and
reptiles that we DON'T welcome!!!

How long have you been doing Tae-Bo? I have been doing Taebo for 3 1/2
years. It's a HUGE part of my life today! I do it 5 days a week...and I totally
MISS it on my " off " days.

What tapes do you have? I think I have EVERY Advanced tape made! I have the
4 pack Original, 4 pack Taebo Live, Taebo Live 1-3 Advanced (first
recording),Taebo Live Advanced block series 1-12, Get Ripped series, and the Taebo
Total! Yup...I'm a junkie!

What are your fitness/weightloss goals? Back when I first started Taebo I
had set goals...but tried to keep them realistic. I was a " closet " goal setter
because I didn't want someone to catch me with failing. But, I met my goal
and LOST 80 pounds over 11 months. I have maintained it for 2 1/2 years. Taebo
is GREAT!

What results have you had so far (both physical and metal)? When I first
started Taebo I was looking for a physical goal. I then found that the mental
attitude was a complete turn around. I am just amazed at how Taebo can chance
someone physically and mentally all in one package! I have NEVER in my life
been as fit asI am today!

What do you like most about Tae-Bo? The music, the real people in the videos
and the motivation that shares with us...the viewers (via video).

What do you like least about Tae-Bo? I don't dislike ANYTHING about Taebo
itself. I do, however, dislike the mileage and geographical challenges I face
with Sherman Oaks being so far from Houston TX!

What other exercises/activities do you do? I don't enjoy anyother workout
other than Taebo. I have actually gone as far as getting nationallycertified to
teach Kickboxing. But, kickboxing and Taebo is ME! I don't enjoy treadmills
or stairsteppers. I like the music and varietyof moves.

What are your hobbies/interests? My Hobbies and interests are working at my
church with the little preschoolers. They are such therapy and a true blessed
delight in my day!

What would you like people to know about you? My goodness...I think I
spilled the " beans " completely before I got to this question. Woops!

Guest guest
hi tanya - i read your success story and am thrilled to hear that marcy inspired you to start doing tae-bo! thats so fabulous! marcy still freaks me out on one of the workouts where billy picks her up by her legs as she holds her abs tight. cant recall which workout that is, but i always feel like such a wimp when she and billy do that trick...LOL. (just like that trick that billy and shellie do with her hanging onto his waist while she does sit-ups... just reminds me of that!) anyway, OMG!! your pictures are simply amazing!!! all of that from doing taebo and eating properly? wow!!! you dont lift weights or anything?? just taebo?? wow again!! huge kudos and congratulations to you!! please post to this group often.... i know that you will always be a big inspiration to everyone here. welcome to the group! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > By the way.....my before and afters (although old and fuzzy) are > on the Taebo website: http://www.taebo.com/newsletter/tanyal.htm --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
