Guest guest
Jean there are 2 1. Purchase the cake frosting Paper or plastic " cones " that are use to decorate birthday cakes....at your local Art's and crafts store ('s is country-wide isn't it?) OR 2. Syringe. A big GIANT syringe. I've heard you can get them from a vet, I have the one that makes cookies....(also the cake decorating aisle) blue skies, Dakota
Guest guest
I pipe my lotion into malibu tubes, too. The easiest way for me to get this done (in a timely manner, with no spills) is to use disposable drink cups. In a nutshell... If your baggie holds 8 malibu tubes worth of lotion, set out 8 disposable cups. Place an empty topless tube, open end up, into each cup. Place one on your scale (if using a scale to be sure each tube meets it's weight) and set your tare. Snip the corner from your lotion bag and fill tubes, weighing as you go. Cap your tubes. I label a zipper bag with the fragrance used, then set the bag aside so tubes can be labeled when time permits. HTH! -- Have a wonderful day! Guest guest
Ok...this may be my next try... I am doing 3 gallons at a time and it really does make a mess by the time I'm done. If I just had 8 bottles to fill, this wouldn't even be a question...but a giant syringe might work... I'm gonna look for something tomorrow... thanks jean > > Jean > there are 2 > 1. Guest guest
Hi , It's great to *see* you here! I didn't know you were selling Lotion Base .. Congrats to you! :-) When I sell my lotion base in the gallon we also include a full instruction sheet as to how to use the lotion and labeling requirements, etc. PS) I'm still waiting on that list of supplies. E-me privately when you can, okay? Lezlee Simple Soothings -------- I'll bet if lotion is thinner than mine, the jugs would work great. But I still don't understand how customers (who purchase their base in gallon jugs) fragrance and scent their lotion 'in' the gallon jug. How do you get it all incorporated? Maybe I'm having such a hard time envisioning it because I'm used to lotion (mine, anyway) being so thick? Hmmm. -- Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
