Worried Mom,

Please do not think this is your fault because it

isn't. Most all of us have be diagnosed and not treated right away.

Research shows that some people have this all of their lives and don't

have symptoms. Look at it this way, if the doctors really thought

this was threat to your son they would have advised you diffrently 5

years ago. You just need to relax and help your son. I am sure that

he does not blame you in the least bit. Give him all the love and

medical attention he needs. In away this time difference is alright

beccause I am sure that you have done your own research on this topic

and that allows you now to ask the right questions and find the best

doctor. Please don't spend time beating yourself up over this. You

need to use that energy to help your son to get the best care. Good

luck and you will be in my prayers.

said it beautifully- there was no reason to do anything if your son

had no symptoms. Many people with chiari never have a problem. You're both

in my prayers- I hope your son will get some relief soon.
