Outpatient rehabilitation outcome measures

Our facility has a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation service and we

want to start using some outcome measures. We will do the homework as

regards reliability, validity and appropriateness of patient populations,

but were wondering if anyone had clinical experience (ease of completion,

acceptance by patients etc.) with any of the following tools

1. Instrumental Activities of Daily Living

2. Medical Rehabilitation Follow Along

3. Community Integration Questionnaire

4. Sickness Impact Profile
