In AL, you can bill Part B for home tx if the patient is no longer homebound.

You (as always) just have to be sure the documentation is good, necessity

provided, esp with respect to WHY the patient is NOT homebound, but can NOT

drive in to the outpatient setting. The big ?? is (as said before) not

losing $$$ on PT end.
