Guest guest
We are starting GLA suppositories,250mg nightly, and I swear that girl used a few 3-4 word sentences today! This is after our 2nd night of GLA. I had a hunch she'd test low; she's at half normal glutathione levels and has oxidative stress issues. Could this be what she really needed all along or am I reading too much into this result? She's 4 and has always been non-verbal, she responds to methylators but in a mild way, no fireworks. It's always been slow steady progress but no talking. Put it this way, her Dev. Ped. just today STILL insists she's not autistic but is willing to test her for retardation (due to the slow progress). She doesn't have any interest in biomed other than to tell me it's unproven and untested (yeah, right). Thankfully we are done needing her services. P.S. - Her DAN! and we believe her to be autistic, so, whatever. She responds to the biomed. What were your results with GLA?? Darlene > > As per our Dan's instructions we did the glutathione supps every night at a much lower dose, we started at 100mg and worked our way up to 250mg. We didn't buy the ones specifically for rectal administration we just used regular oral capsules and administered them rectally and they seem to work fine. Our Dan days this is one of the best ways for the body to absorb the glutathione. You can buy the suppositories but they are a lot more expensive than the regular capsules that are meant to be taken orally. As I said our Dan said there was no need for them so we just used the caps. > > We used them for a few weeks but had to stop for a while because to much of a die off was happening and or the yeast was being stirred up. We will do it again soon just waiting to talk to our Dan. We also had some VERY bad poops and gas I mean knock you out funky smelling, so be prepared for that. Guest guest
We are using the neubulized form and are seeing great results in both children. My daughter appears to be more calm and my son more attentive..... He is just more on the ball and very happy-although he is generally a really happy kid. He also made great progress with pooping on the toilet the week after the first IV. Yesterday I found him sitting on the toilet trying to poop! First time for that. This is the first intervention in over 2 years into this that has produced undeniable results. We have never done the suppositories. I have heard that the nebulized form is also very effective.
