Guest guest
For those of you who feel that depression is a difficult diagnosis to accept as being common to those with ACM, you might want to read the following book: " How to Heal Depression " bu Harold Bloomfield, MD and Mc. It will help explain how depression works and what can be done about it. I have used this book as a gift for many friends who are going through depression and many of those friends have shared it with their friends as well. It is a very easy read and explains both the use of antipressants and therapy. It also may change your mind about being " crazy. " Depression hits 1 out of 5 people during their lifetime and 1 out of 20 have depression at any given time. It is a hidden illness. Not to say that it is the cause of all of our problems, but I have found that treatment for depression makes ACM a little easier to bear.
