i WILL BE DOING SOMETHING ELSE ON mARCH 29TH BECAUSE i WANT TO. i

HAVE GOTTEN BETTER THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. i NEED TO TRY A

DIFFERENT APPROACH THAT FITS MY NEEDS AND LIFESTYLE

> > 1) to lose 25 pounds of fat by March 28

> > 2) Gain 5 pounds of muscle by March 28

> > 3) Fit into size 36 jeans/pants by March 28

your needs and lifestyle. I am wondering what restrictions or what

ME BAD...............LOL! Honestly I want a different format when I

lift other than what is laided out in BFL. Right now I am doing some

reseach into it to see the best way to go.
