I've read a lot of articles, and according to the advice that I read you have to do the ab work combined with cardio for 3-4 times a week to see results in 21 days. It is working for me. I've been keeping up with it and my abs are starting to have more definition. Also, to get your stomache flat you have to cut out the junk food! Just wanted to share that!!!
