Guest guest
, I think any kind of exercise that we can do that makes a feel better is great...not only for the body but also for the soul. The biggest component for most is not to over do it, not to try things that are too stressing and not to get discouraged because we can't do all the things we used to do. I use to teach low impact aerobics 3x week and ride the stationary bike 30 - 45 minutes with another 30 minutes or so of floor exercise the other 4. Just the thought of that makes me lol.! Just remember moderation and if it hurts don't do it! Hugs, Kim O'Neal ACM1, Decompression 8/
Guest guest
This is In Texas. Have been so busy lately have not had a chance to check in much. I do have a question. I have recently (this week) started working out again. I used to be a bodybuilder but stopped that long before my diagnosis (no time for it). Anyhow, I am doing very light weight and riding the stationary bike for 20-30 minutes. This seems to give me a slight headache, but nothing that I cannot handle. Does anyone find that they can do somethings, but not others. I guess I am just looking for exercises that will not make my head hurt. I am going to give this about 2 weeks to a month to see what happens. Oh Well. Any input is always appreciated. Hope everyone is doing well. in Texas (new location) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Avoid list congestion: Unsubscribe from wacma
Send message to management
